ive finnaly came to realize that i do have a problem with playing halo three, ive been threw 4 tvs and a brand new alpine stereo system. when i play i get get owned and it pisses me of and i hit thing and yell. i recently lost my girlfriend to halo because i raised my fist when she was nagging me and got me killed. tonight is the night i realized that i had a problem, i picked up poker the cat chocked him and slung him aginst the wall i didnt realize what i had down untill i saw blood and his leg was broken, i reallty need help my friends have been telling me. halo 3 has ruined my life im really throwing my 360 away. i hurt my cat and almost killed it its been in the closet and when i get near him he hisses.i fuckin hate halo i dont need theropy i just need way to handle my anger. any tips would be useful

STOP PLAYING. I hope you took the cat to the vet before you put it in the closet. Man, I'm glad you've realised that you've got problems, but don't blame it an Halo 3. You obviously have anger issues, that need help immediately. Get someone to look after your cat. And don't fool yourself, you DO need therapy. Throwing your cat against the wall and raising your fist to your woman over something as trivial as a bloody computer game, they both constitute abuse, which is illegal, and you don't do yourself any favours being in denial. Please get help. And please give your poor cat to someone else.
